With the allure of midcentury, modern-style architecture, Condos at 3000 Farnam afford some of the best views of the river and Downtown Omaha, close to impressive shopping, restaurants and entertainment options of Midtown Crossing. As well, the units are within a short walk of the UNO and Creighton campuses, though parking is included for those who have a longer commute. Also referred to as Twin Towers, the high rise development is close to Turner Park, with commercial and retail space on the ground floor and more than 100 individual units on the upper floors of the building.

This ten-story building once solely housed commercial space, constructed in the early 1900s, renovated in the 1960s and then later converted into condominiums in the mid 1980s.
